Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, test, deploy, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party applications using APIs and Azure technologies.
• Build custom extensions, workflows, business logic, reports, dashboards, and automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot application issues, optimize system performance, and resolve production incidents.
• Work closely with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation, standardization, and system enhancements.
• Develop and support reporting solutions using Power BI, SQL Server, and SSRS.
• Maintain data integrity, application security, and enterprise reporting standards.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, deployments, release management, and change control activities.
• Document technical solutions, development standards, and best practices.

In this role, you will design, develop, customize, integrate, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions that drive business operations across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable applications, automate business processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and deliver high-quality enterprise solutions.

Developer III candidates will also provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and contribute to enterprise architecture and strategic technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, test, deploy, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party applications using APIs and Azure technologies.

Developer III Additional Responsibilities

• Lead complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O development projects from design through deployment.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews for junior developers.
• Contribute to enterprise solution architecture and integration strategy.
• Serve as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for Microsoft Dynamics initiatives.
• Support enterprise-wide ERP implementations, acquisitions, and system modernization projects.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Developer II: Minimum 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics development experience with a focus on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Developer III: Minimum 6+ years of Microsoft Dynamics development experience with a focus on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O architecture, customization, and development best practices.
