Job description

As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Solution Architect, you will...

  • Act as Functional Solution Architect (FSA) on projects while implementing various modules of D365 CE;Provideinputsto HSOproject estimator
  • Perform the Solution Advisory/Solution Architect role in the analysis phase of a D365 CE implementation
  • Accurately estimate entire enterprise-level projects along with appropriate resources and skillsets required
  • Conduct Business Process Analysis (BPA), create the SolutionBlueprintdocument and perform Fit/Gap analysis
  • Act as solution advisor to the project during design/development, testing and deployment phases
  • Ensure a formal processisin place for testing and issues resolution, specifically around the functional architecture and integration points of the implementation
  • Finalize and sign-off on functional specifications, unit and system test scripts, and deployment plans
  • Ensuretraining will cover all relevanttopics allowing clientsuccessfuluse and maintenance ofthe application
  • Act asescalation point for all support issues during and after a project
  • Adhere to and improve implementation methodology as the business paradigm changes;Share best practiceswith team
  • Travel as the needs of clients and our business dictate

  • Working side-by-side with the sales team, engaging with key stakeholders at prospective clients to understand current business processes
  • Define high-level business requirements, and configure and lead solution demonstrations that illustrate how Dynamics 365 can meet the client’s needs, while also helping to communicate Microsoft’s unique value proposition in the marketplace.
  • Actively participate in the full lifecycle of Dynamics 365 CRM sales and client evaluation activities, helping to develop and execute pre-sales strategies, drive proposal efforts, and provide pre-sales support
  • Confidently present and articulate the business value of the proposed solution to business managers and executives
  • Assist in maintaining the company’s demonstration environments, demo data, and other presentation tools
  • Participate in project scoping and implementation strategy workshops during the proposal phase
  • Stay up to date on new feature enhancements and capabilities provided by Microsoft in subsequent feature releases
  • Assist in defining investment opportunities for HSO Dynamics 365 IP
  • 7 years experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM sales or implementation
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing business processes, with knowledge or experience in the Professional Services industry a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Power Platform or Dynamics 365 Marketing
  • Knowledge of complementary Microsoft tools across Azure and the PowerBI
  • Detailed preparation skills and attention to detail
  • Strong presentation skills and comfort in speaking in front of C-level client stakeholders
