Job summary

Fagron US, head office in Austin, TX, seeks a Dynamics 365 ERP F&O Support Consultant to partner with our North American entities and keep Customer at the heart of our work.

As part of the North America IT Team, you'll apply your experience to keep the ERP environment running smoothly and push it to the next level, collaborating with teams across EMEA and the Americas.

Qualifications

• Higher professional or university-level education (IT or related field preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in a F&O related work.
• Strong skills in supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / Supply Chain Management.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 F&O (a plus).
• Experience with WMS and Manufacturing modules (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Maintain the stability, functionality, and optimization of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O system.
• Act as the go-to contact for troubleshooting, enhancements, and continuous improvements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, end-users, and stakeholders across EMEA.
• Support change management initiatives and contribute to global ERP projects.
