Job summary

Microsoft Solutions Partner (Confidential) in Makati City is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Lead to drive full-cycle ERP implementations and transform business processes.

You will gather requirements, run workshops, manage data migration and testing, and act as BC SME for finance, ops, sales and IT, collaborating with partners to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV.
• Proven experience delivering full-cycle ERP implementations.
• Strong understanding of Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Operations processes.
• Experience with ERP migration and business transformation projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Exposure to SAP, Power BI, or Power Automate would be highly advantageous.
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications are a plus.

• Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation and optimization initiatives.

We are currently supporting a leading Microsoft Partner in Makati City that is embarking on a significant ERP transformation program and is looking to appoint an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Lead.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Central professional who has successfully delivered ERP implementations and enjoys leading business transformation initiatives across multiple functional areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation and optimization initiatives.
