Amplify by Ascendex is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Solution Lead / Project Manager to lead projects from kickoff to go-live. You will be pivotal in guiding clients through their engagements, keeping them updated on scope, timeline, and budget while overcoming challenges that arise.
Your role involves managing full-lifecycle implementations and mentoring less experienced consultants. A strong background in Business Central or NAV is essential, along with project management experience.
Ascendex Consulting works with middle-market companies to accelerate the strategic adoption of technology. This ranges from providing technology advisory and leadership services to implementing and optimizing enterprise capabilities such as ERP, CRM, and data/business intelligence platforms.
Among these capabilities, we regularly implement, optimize, and support Microsoft platforms and work with our clients to navigate complexity and build systems that hold up under pressure.
The ideal candidate is someone who has been in the trenches of multiple Dynamics Business Central projects and brings excellence, experience, and discipline to these strategic initiatives.
This is a senior role where you'll lead Business Central engagements from kickoff through go-live. You'll be the voice of truth for Ascendex clients, keeping them apprised of scope, timeline, budget, and risks, and the leader that team members look to when things get complicated.
You'll also be a key solution leader that supports our sales process when Business Central expertise is needed.
Ascendex has been an Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies honoree in both 2024 and 2025. For those interested, this role provides an opportunity for significant professional advancement and increase in span of responsibilities as the company grows.
All U.S. based candidates are encouraged to apply. Due to the location of our clients and offices, the ideal candidate locations are Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN, Detroit, MI, and Florida.
On any given week, you may be leading a discovery workshop with a new client, creating a business requirements document, unblocking a stalled UAT, and putting together a status update for an executive sponsor. The work is varied, fast-moving, and rarely boring.
