Job summary

EY is launching a next-generation Microsoft Enterprise Platform capability and is hiring multiple Managers to build and deliver this capability across AI, Security, and Cloud. You will shape and deliver enterprise-grade Microsoft security solutions, lead solution design, and support go-to-market strategies, working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud, AI, or enterprise technology.
• Experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, AI, or Copilot).
• Demonstrated ability to operate across sales (pre-sales, proposals, solutioning) and delivery (execution, program leadership).
• Experience supporting solutioning, proposals, or pre-sales activities within complex Microsoft environments.

Responsibilities

• Shape client opportunities, architect Microsoft-based security solutions, and support go-to-market strategy.
• Lead delivery or solutioning of Microsoft Enterprise Platform engagements across AI, Security, and Cloud.
• Design and implement enterprise-scale Microsoft security solutions aligned to business outcomes.
• Act as team leader, presales subject matter expert, and delivery lead for stakeholders across security, identity, data, and cloud.
• Collaborate with sales, architecture, and delivery teams to drive client outcomes and growth.
