Job summary

EY is launching a next-generation Microsoft Enterprise Platform capability within our National Consulting Microsoft Cybersecurity practice. We are hiring Managers to build, scale, and deliver enterprise Microsoft security solutions across AI, Security, and Cloud domains.

You will shape opportunities, architect security solutions, and lead delivery with senior stakeholders, while collaborating with Sales and Delivery teams in a hybrid client-facing role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
• Experience in cybersecurity, cloud, AI, or enterprise technology is required.
• Experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, AI, or Dynamics) is required.
• Strong client-facing consulting experience managing senior stakeholders is required.

Responsibilities

• Shape client opportunities, architect Microsoft-based security solutions, and support go-to-market strategy.
• Lead delivery or solutioning of Microsoft Enterprise Platform engagements across AI, Security, and Cloud.
• Design and implement enterprise-scale Microsoft security solutions aligned to business outcomes.
• Act as a team leader, presales SME, and delivery lead for stakeholders across security, identity, data, and cloud architecture.
• Collaborate with sales, architecture, and delivery teams to drive successful client outcomes.
• Support end-to-end enterprise platform solutions across Azure, Microsoft 365, Copilot, Defender, and related technologies.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable, secure architectures.
• Support proposals, RFP responses, and executive-level client presentations.
