Job summary

WinWire is seeking a Microsoft Copilot Subject Matter Expert / Consultant to lead hands-on Copilot setup, governance, and enterprise deployments from Alameda, CA. You will design and implement connectors, configure Copilot for scale, and drive governance across BI and business apps.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years on Copilot platforms, 3+ years building connectors, and 5+ years in API, REST, and OAuth patterns, plus Power Platform expertise (Power Automate/Power Apps) to enable secure

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Microsoft 365 Copilot, MCP Integration with Copilot Studio, Governance, Observability and Enterprise Deployment at Scale.
• 2-3 years of Trigger Phrases, Intent Recognition, Entities & Slot Filling, Adaptive Cards, Variables & Conversation State Management, Generative Answers & Custom Prompts, Tools, Connectors & Agent Flows, Multi-Agent Orchestration & Skills.
• 2-3 years of Copilot setup, administration, configuration, governance, integrating Copilot with enterprise applications, preferably Veeva and Workday.
• 3+ years of Experience creating and configuring standard and custom connectors and 2-3 yrs of experience in Python (Good to have).
• 5+ years of experience in APIs, REST services, OAuth, authentication, and data integration patterns.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.

Responsibilities

• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Expertise in Copilot setup, administration, configuration, and governance.
• Experience creating and configuring standard and custom connectors.
• Proven experience integrating Copilot with enterprise applications, preferably Veeva and Workday.
• Knowledge of APIs, REST services, OAuth, authentication, and data integration patterns.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Understanding of Microsoft Graph, Azure services, and enterprise security controls.
• Critical thinker and problem‑solving skills; Team player with time‑management skills.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
