Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on Microsoft Copilot setup, administration, configuration, and enterprise deployment at scale.
• 2–3 years in Trigger Phrases, Intent Recognition, Entities & Slot Filling, and AI prompts & tools.
• 3+ years creating and configuring standard and custom connectors, integrating Copilot with enterprise apps (Veeva/Workday preferred).
• 5+ years of APIs, REST services, OAuth and data integration patterns; understanding of enterprise security controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead Copilot setup, configuration, and governance at scale.
• Develop and optimize connectors and integrations with enterprise apps.
• Implement APIs and data integration patterns across platforms.
• Collaborate on Power Platform solutions including Power Automate and Power Apps.
