Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering training programs focused on Microsoft Copilot implementation and adoption across organizations.
• Ability to create structured learning programs, including curricula, presentations, hands-on labs, demos, job aids, quick reference guides, and reusable training assets.
• Strong experience delivering interactive training sessions for large audiences (100+) as well as smaller groups, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Experience working with change management teams to drive technology adoption through coaching, office hours, feedback loops, and continuous learning initiatives.
• Ability to tailor training content for different user groups, including business users, subject matter experts, power users, and citizen developers with varying technical skill levels.
