Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Microsoft Cloud Billing & Operations Specialist to act as the SME for CSP contracts and billing. You will collaborate with Microsoft, sales, and accounting to onboard agreements, manage subscriptions, and resolve billing issues for customers and partners.

You will post CSP templates, support onboarding in Partner Center, assist with resellers, and provision licenses while coordinating with Contracts and IT teams to improve efficiency and accuracy in invoicing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to travel 15%.
• Flexible hours and willingness to maintain Partner Certification(s).

Responsibilities

• Post CSP templates and customer information accurately and timely.
• Assist onboarding, account setup, and subscription management in Partner Center.
• Generate and track signature forms and welcome communications.
• Assist with Reseller and GDAP requests and tenant relationship setup.
• Provision licenses and manage entitlements for customer agreements.
• Collaborate with Contracts, Service Desk, WebAdmin, AX and tech teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Respond to terms, billing, provisioning, and account transfer inquiries.
• Update billing tables and process monthly orders; address payment disputes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Report workflow compliance and support evolving customer needs.
