Atmos Energy Corporation seeks a seasoned Microsoft Applications Administrator in Dallas. You will manage Purview, SharePoint Online, Power Platform and M365, with a focus on Azure AI solutions.

Strong scripting in PowerShell and Graph API, plus Entra ID and Conditional Access, are required to safeguard data and drive modernization. Responsibilities include planning upgrades, ensuring SOX/compliance, coordinating with IT and business units, and creating support documentation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology or a related field required.
• Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview, SharePoint Online, Power Platform and M365.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting, Graph API, Azure and AI solutions is essential.
• Familiarity with ITSM (ServiceNow) and ITIL-based change/incident management preferred.

Install, monitor, manage, troubleshoot and patch applications and transport code changes between environments in order to provide support of various systems.Reviews performance and stability of applications to avoid outages or degradation of service levels.2. Interfaces with business and IT to plan and execute implementations, patching and upgrades.3. Translates business requirements into application design and functionality specifications and works with application vendors to determine application fit.4. Keeps abreast of the latest technologies, and enhancements. Understands and communicates the relevance and application in the workplace. Researches and implements enhancements and new technologies as required.5. Simultaneously assigned to multiple projects.6. Works with senior level staff to define and implement standards for implementation and administration of applications, and compliance with SOX requirements.7. Provides risk assessments regarding development and maintenance of Information Technology security functions that protect information availability and integrity.8. Creates documentation to support the maintenance, change and recoverability of information.9. Evaluates and tests the integrity and recoverability of data by reviewing and testing proper back-up and recovery procedures.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS & SKILLSEducational/Experience Level:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology or a related field and 5 years of hands-on experience in supporting Microsoft Purview administration, SharePoint online administration, Power Platform administration, M365 solutions, PowerShell scripting, Graph API, Azure and Microsoft AI solutions.Experience working with ServiceNow, familiarity with ITIL based change management and incident management processes.Communication Skills:Requires the ability to communicate politely, clearly and effectively with internal and/or external customers at a high level such as senior management on matters of a technical and/or complex nature.Numeric Skills:Requires the ability to perform analyses involving ratios, percentages and simple statistical methods.Computer Skills:Requires working knowledge of various software applications to create documents, reports and/or graphics and support databases.Work Conditions:Works in an office environment.
