Job summary

EY is seeking multiple Managers to help build, scale, and deliver a Microsoft Enterprise Platform capability across AI, Security, and Cloud domains. You’ll shape enterprise-grade security solutions, lead solution design, and guide delivery for large-scale transformations with a strong focus on Azure, Microsoft 365, and Defender stack.

You will collaborate with Sales, Architecture, and Delivery teams to win opportunities, support proposals, and mentor teams while traveling ~25%+ as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud, AI, or enterprise technology
• Experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, AI, or Dynamics)
• Experience in sales (pre-sales, proposals, solutioning) and delivery (execution, program leadership)
• Experience supporting solutioning, proposals, or pre-sales in complex Microsoft environments
• Strong client-facing consulting experience with senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Shaping client opportunities and architecting Microsoft-based security solutions
• Leading solution design, deal execution, and client-centric innovation
• Delivering security projects for large-scale Microsoft platform opportunities
• Leading delivery or solutioning across AI, Security, and Cloud domains
• Mentoring teams and guiding end-to-end enterprise platform solutions
• Collaborating with sales, architecture, and delivery teams to drive outcomes
