Daley And Associates, LLC is seeking a hands-on Microsoft 365 Migration Lead for a 12-month contract to move from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365. You will partner with the IT Lead to build a secure, scalable environment for about 70 employees and future growth.

The role covers migration planning, configuration of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Intune, plus security and device-management practices, with a focus on user adoption and documentation for ongoing admin

Our client, a growing engineering and product development firm serving medical devices, life sciences, robotics, and industrial automation, is seeking a hands‑on Microsoft 365 Migration Lead for a 12m contract (1099 candidates preferred).

You’ll own the transition from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, partnering with the existing IT Lead to build a secure, scalable environment supporting approximately 70 employees and anticipated growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead migration planning, configuration, testing, cutover, and post‑migration support.
• Configure Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Establish identity, access, security, and device‑management practices.
• Support user adoption and document the environment for ongoing administration.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience building Microsoft 365 environments from the ground up and leading migrations.
• Strong hands‑on Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage a project and communicate effectively with business users.
• Google Workspace migration experience preferred; GCC High experience is not required.???????

This role is open to W2 candidates or 1099 only. No 3rd party candidates will be considered. Candidates MUST be able to work on‑site in Wilmington, MA 5 days a week.
