Job summary

Manufacturo is seeking a hands-on Microsoft 365 IT Engineer to own and secure our cloud environment. You will manage the Microsoft 365 suite across the organization, including Defender for Endpoint, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID, while automating tasks with PowerShell.

Qualifications

• Proven experience administering Microsoft 365 in enterprise environments.
• Managing user accounts, licenses, and permissions.
• Strong expertise with M365, Azure AD, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Entra ID.
• Design, implement, and optimize Defender for Endpoint solutions; incident response experience.
• Collaborate with IT to deliver end-to-end security solutions.

We're seeking a hands-on, curious, and driven Microsoft 365 IT Engineer eager to own a modern cloud environment end-to-end.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven professional experience administering and operating Microsoft 365 in enterprise environments.
• Managing user accounts, licenses, and permissions in accordance with IT policies.
• Strong expertise with: Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Entra ID (including Enterprise Applications and App Registrations).
• Design, implement, and optimize Microsoft Defender for Endpoint solutions — strong understanding of threat detection, incident response, and endpoint protection.
• Collaborate with the IT team to deliver end-to-end security solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner such as email delivery failures or authentication problems.
• Manage the deployment of new features and functionality of the M365 product suite.
• Provide support for end users experiencing problems with Office 365 applications and services.
• Produce clear technical documentation for architecture, configurations, and security decisions.
• PowerShell scripting skills for automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

You will get extra points if you have

• Experience with Microsoft Graph API.
• Experience building scalable automation and operational improvements.
• Ability to take ownership, proactively identify improvement opportunities, and drive initiatives independently.
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments.

What you'll be working on

You’ll work closely with a cross-functional IT team to keep Manufacturo's Microsoft cloud environment secure, reliable, and continuously improving. Our teams follow agile practices with a focus on delivering value quickly while maintaining high-quality standards. You’ll own your domain end-to-end - from day-to-day administration and user support, to designing security solutions and building automations that make the whole team more effective.
