Job summary

Manufacturo seeks a hands-on, curious Microsoft 365 IT Engineer to own a modern cloud environment end-to-end in a hybrid setup at our California offices. You’ll secure and optimize Microsoft 365, Defender for Endpoint, and related services while collaborating with a cross-functional IT team to deliver scalable automations that keep engineers productive.

You will work in a fast-paced, security-focused environment with SpaceX-expert backing, continuous learning, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Proven professional experience administering and operating Microsoft 365 in enterprise environments.
Managing user accounts, licenses, and permissions in accordance with IT policies.
Strong expertise with: Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Entra ID (including Enterprise Applications and App Registrations).
Design, implement, and optimize Microsoft Defender for Endpoint solutions - threat detection, incident response, and endpoint protection.
Collaborate with the IT team to deliver end-to-end security solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner (email delivery failures, authentication problems).
Manage deployment of new features and functionality of the M365 product suite.
Provide support for end users experiencing problems with Office 365 applications and services.
Produce clear technical documentation for architecture, configurations, and security decisions.
PowerShell scripting for automation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach.
Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities
