The candidate will manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and Purview, while coordinating with cybersecurity teams and providing Tier 3 escalation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of Microsoft 365 administration and engineering experience.
• CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Strong experience with Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune.
• Experience with hybrid identity environments and Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and Purview.
• Design and implement M365 solutions to improve collaboration, communication, and productivity.

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer to design, implement, support, and optimize enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and Microsoft Purview.
