Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Microsoft 365 Developer to design, build, and maintain workflow automation, reporting, and data structures across Microsoft 365. You will research, troubleshoot, and own technical decisions with minimal guidance, supporting data governance and AI-enabled processes.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, develop complex automations, and ensure system stability and security while adhering to SDLC and best practices.

• Advanced expertise in SharePoint Online architecture, permissions, migrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement autonomous solutions through structured research and testing.
• Diagnose workflow failures, SharePoint issues, and data inconsistencies.
• Build and optimize Power Automate workflows and SharePoint integrations.
• Create and enhance Power Apps forms and interfaces.
• Develop internal tools such as validation utilities and data mappings.
• Troubleshoot Excel/Access exports and VBA macro errors.
• Resolve permission and security challenges across Microsoft 365 environments.
• Leverage AI-assisted research tools to accelerate analysis and improve solutions.
• Ensure data structures are accurate, stable, and governance-aligned.
• Design and maintain SharePoint lists, migrations, and post-migration validations.
• Manage inventories and data dependencies supporting automations.
• Follow SDLC principles including change management and version control.
