Job summary

JDA TSG seeks a highly experienced Microsoft 365 Copilot Strategy, Governance & Extensibility Expert to guide enterprise customers through strategic adoption and governance of Microsoft 365 Copilot. The role covers architecture, data security, and extensibility using Copilot Studio, Graph connectors, plugins, and Power Platform integrations.

You will lead discussions on governance, readiness, and adoption, delivering executive briefings and technical workshops to align business and IT.

Qualifications

10+ years of overall experience in enterprise technology consulting, solution architecture, cloud engineering, or related domains.
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Copilot technologies, AI-powered productivity solutions, and enterprise enablement.
Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot including architecture, grounding, and deployment considerations.
Proven experience leading Copilot strategy, governance, readiness, and adoption engagements for large enterprises.

Responsibilities

Lead Copilot strategy, readiness, and adoption engagements for clients of varying sizes.
Design AI governance frameworks and operating models for responsible AI implementation.
Assess security, compliance, identity, and information protection controls for Copilot deployments.
Architect Copilot extensibility solutions using Studio, agents, connectors, plugins, and Power Platform integrations.
Deliver executive briefings, governance reviews, and architectural guidance to stakeholders.
