Job summary

Ledgent Technology seeks a senior Microsoft 365 Systems Engineer - Architect to lead cloud infrastructure governance and optimization. You will enforce zero-trust controls, optimize Intune device management, and implement compliance policies across the 365 ecosystem.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in enterprise cloud architecture, strong PowerShell and Graph SDK skills, and experience configuring CAPs, Purview DLP, and privileged access management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise systems engineering with cloud-native Microsoft 365
• Proven experience in pure cloud environments with no hybrid AD or Exchange on-prem
• Expertise in Entra ID governance, CAP design, and identity security
• Extensive device fleet management using Intune across Windows/macOS/iOS/Android
• Hands-on with Purview data protection, records management, and discovery
• Automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph SDK to manage tenant configs

Responsibilities

• Audit and optimize Entra ID configurations for enterprise governance.
• Design and implement Conditional Access policies and MFA configurations.
• Manage roles via Privileged Identity Management and secure external sharing.
• Develop and deploy Intune configurations for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
• Coordinate device provisioning via Autopilot and Apple Business Manager.
• Setup patch management and security baselines using Windows Update for Business.
• Review and optimize Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams configurations.
• Define and enforce data loss prevention rules and retention policies.
• Harden tenant security posture and document runbooks for handover.
