Qualifications

• Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Experience administering Exchange Online, Exchange Online Protection, and related services.
• Knowledge of security controls and account hardening practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor server and application logs; manage support tickets.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure, and related cloud services.
• Support Active Directory forests, domains, and user environments; plan for growth.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security controls; coordinate with security teams.
• Develop and improve operational processes and cloud service standards.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide cost-benefit analyses.
