Job summary

Harcros Chemicals is seeking a Microsoft Systems Administrator to maintain and optimize the Microsoft 365 environment, provide end-user support, and collaborate with IT security and business teams. This role requires 3–5+ years of Microsoft 365 administration experience and a customer-focused mindset.

You will manage licensing utilization and renewal, administer Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and OneDrive, and oversee Teams governance, meetings, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 apps, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate; familiarity with Defender suites.
• Microsoft certifications preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or chemical-adjacent industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and technical owner of the Microsoft 365 environment, including configuration, licensing, governance, and platform management.
• Manage Microsoft 365 licensing, utilization, and renewal optimization to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive; manage Teams governance, access, meetings, and voice.
• Support migrations to SharePoint Online and Teams, including planning and user readiness.
• Configure Defender for Office 365 and Defender for Endpoint in partnership with IT security.
• Develop and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to streamline processes.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for Microsoft 365 applications and services; create user documentation and training.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify manual processes and propose Microsoft-based solutions.
