Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with leadership
• Hands‑on experience building microservices in C#/.NET
• Experience with containerized workloads (Docker/Kubernetes) and IaC (Terraform/CDK)
• Cloud‑native background (Azure and/or AWS)
• Strong agile leadership and communication skills
• Media/streaming or CMS experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead a distributed team of microservices engineers, owning planning, delivery, and code quality
• Contribute to design and code for C#/.NET Function Apps and Service Bus
• Break down epics into actionable stories and sequence delivery
• Drive engineering practices including testing, observability, and code reviews
• Own service reliability and performance with SLAs and incident response
• Partner with Cloud Architect on CI/CD and IaC
• Mentor engineers across experience levels
• Maintain an Agile/Scrum cadence
