Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in biology, neuroscience, or related disciplines or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on molecular or cellular research experience; no industry experience required.
• Experience with iPSCs, microglia, in vivo disease modeling, gene editing, or bioinformatics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct experimental plans, analyze data, and document results.
• Collaborate across teams to support cell therapy product development.
• Lead development and optimization of iPSC-derived microglia differentiation.
• Manage external collaborations and CRO activities.
