The Draper Microfabrication Supervisor 2 is a key member of our operations team. As the Supervisor 2, you will be an operationally critical player in the microfab, which develops and manufactures next-generation and application-specific sensors and devices. The microfab focuses on inertial MEMs, but also develops solutions leveraging photonics, microfluidics, novel materials and 3D integration, including interposer and wafer level packaging (WLP) concepts. The supervisor 2 will support the delivery of high reliability inertial MEMS sensors by responding to, and fully supporting, production. The job requires integration of multidisciplinary information from program management, engineering management, facilities, mission assurance, and process engineering to meet critical customers’ needs. The supervisor 2 will work closely with technical staff, equipment specialists and technicians, serving as a bridge to translate staff needs to work plans with complex constraints.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000.00 - $275,000.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Union ranges will be in compliance with the collective bargaining agreement's approved rates by location and role.
