Qualifications

• Active SECRET security clearance with ability to obtain TOP SECRET.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS, or related technical field.
• 5+ years in microelectronics architecture or cloud architecture.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze DoD digital infrastructures for microelectronics defense base.
• Oversee development of hybrid cloud EDA and collaboration platforms.
• Develop strategy to bridge domestic microelectronics design and sustainment gaps.
• Evaluate proposals and acquisition strategies for microelectronics digital engineering.
• Monitor execution across funded microelectronics projects.
• Prepare presentations and briefing materials for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with government, industry, national laboratories, and FFRDCs.
• Track milestones, risks, schedules, and performance metrics.
• Represent IBAS at meetings and events.
