Job summary

NXP's Technology & Operations organization is seeking a student intern to support functional yield enhancement (wafer probe) and improve parametric process control. You will work on integration changes to reduce costs and enhance device functionality, with opportunities to apply electrical testing, data analysis, and materials-related techniques.

The role requires independence and collaboration in a team-based project environment, with exposure to microelectronics-focused research or development.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an Electrical Engineering degree or related technical field.
• Familiar with device parametric extraction, MOS/BJT, microfabrication, and statistics.
• Previous co-op/internship in microelectronics is a plus.
