Qualifications

  • Pursuing an electrical engineering degree or related technical field.
  • Experience with device parametric extraction methods, MOS/BJT, microfabrication, and integration concepts is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Solid State Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Electronic Materials principles; related co-op/internship experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance functional yield (wafer probe) and improve parametric process control.
  • Develop integration changes to reduce cost or improve device functionality.
  • Collaborate in team-based projects and apply electrical testing and data analyses to solve problems.
