Mercury Systems, Inc. is seeking an Associate level Microelectronic Assembler to learn and perform electronic assembly operations, including die attach and wire bonding on state-of-the-art assemblies.

The role involves following work instructions, using various tools, and maintaining logs, with a focus on safety and ISO compliance. Candidates should have 0–1 year in mechanical assembly and at least 1 year of microscope experience, along with good hand-eye coordination and the ability to follow

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of experience in mechanical assembly.
• At least 1 year recent work experience using a microscope.
• Good hand eye coordination.
• Can Follow detailed written and verbal instructions in English.
• Enthusiastic, cooperative, and positive behavior.

Responsibilities

• Perform die attach and wire bonding of die-level components per work Instructions and assembly drawings.
• Manipulate items using a variety of tools.
• Maintaining logs, paperwork, and forms with accuracy.
• Operate and troubleshoot production line equipment and computers to ensure smooth operation.
• Meet/exceed production schedules and quality standards.
• Self-monitor workmanship and follow safety requirements and ISO procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
