Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Microelectronics Assembler in Chelmsford, MA for a contract role. Pay is $25.00 per hour, with a 4:00 PM–2:30 AM shift, Monday through Thursday and potential overtime.

US citizenship is required, and candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance. Interim clearance is required to start. Training on 1st shift will occur for 2–3 months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and timekeeping familiarity.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to train 2–3 months on 1st shift.
• Interest in learning J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610.

Responsibilities

• Assembles electronic components, sub-assemblies, and products per instructions.
• Uses microscopes, measuring instruments, and test equipment to ensure quality.
• Reads assembly/work instructions and follows procedures.
• Handles small components and tools, maintaining quality data records.
• Collaborates with team to improve throughput and processes.
