Nalley Consulting is seeking a Microelectronics All-Source Analyst with TS/SCI clearance to support defense programs in the McLean area. You will conduct all-source analysis on foreign defense industrial capabilities and produce strategic assessments for policymakers.

Requires a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience, or 7+ years of experience without a degree. Active clearance, attention to detail, and ability to brief senior stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph conducted within the past seven years.
• 3+ years of all-source analytics experience with a degree, or 7+ years without a degree.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables for senior policymakers and defense stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense industrial programs and capabilities.
• Produce strategic-level assessments addressing R&D, acquisition, test, and production of weapon systems.
• Brief complex findings to senior policymakers and defense stakeholders.

LCAT: All Source Analyst - Mid Required clearance and polygraph: Active TS/SCI and current CI poly conducted within the past seven years

Required experience and education: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with all-source analytics, OR 7+ years of experience with all-source analytics in lieu of a degree. Description:

Qualifications

As a defense industries all-source analyst, you use your specialized functional experience and your attention to detail to conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense industrial programs, infrastructure, and capabilities supporting a foreign country's ability to develop, equip, sustain, and employ its military forces across basic, strategic, and military industrial sectors. You'll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address the research, development, acquisition, test, evaluation and production of foreign weapon systems and equipment. Required qualifications:

• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments * Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings * Active TS/SCI clearance * Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree Desired qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience with defense industries analysis such as industrial organization, production processes, foreign weapon systems and equipment, and their associated facilities and output levels.
• Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards
• Knowledge of the CENTCOM AOR
• Knowledge of Microelectronics.
