Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates cleaning operations by scheduling work and directing staff.
• Evaluates employee performance through reviews and checks.
• Identifies staff development and training needs.
• Maintains records and prepares reports related to work.
• Ensures proper labor relations and employment conditions.
• Makes rounds to confirm crew coverage and directives.
• Manages timekeeping and PTO records; ensures labor law compliance.
• Performs inventories and related tasks as assigned.
