Qualifications

• Versed in safety requirements, equipment use, scheduling and training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities by scheduling work assignments and directing the work of staff.
• Evaluate employee performance through review of completed work.
• Identify staff development and training needs and ensure training is provided.
• Maintain proper labor relations and conditions of employment.
• Maintain records, prepare reports and correspondence related to the work.
• Check crew coverage, assign additional tasks and ensure directives are followed.
• Maintain PTO records and ensure accurate timekeeping and labor law compliance.
• Perform inventories, reports and related work as assigned.
• All other duties as defined by supervisor.
