Servicon Systems, Inc. is hiring a Cleaner Lead in Scottsdale, AZ. You will be directly responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining assigned areas per client standards. You may interact with clients and supervise accompanying staff.

The role requires at least 2 years of custodial cleaning experience, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and solid communication and time-management abilities. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with a hybrid environment where applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and inspect assigned work area to verify compliance with site procedures and Servicon standards.
• Participate in safety training and cleaning technique programs.
• Empty and clean waste receptacles and remove rubbish to designated areas.
• Vacuum rugs and carpeted areas in offices, lobbies, and corridors.
• Dust office furniture, cabinets, fixtures, panels, windowsills, diffusers, and surfaces.
• Remove fingerprints and smudges from doors, frames, and surfaces.
• Damp-mop or clean spills in offices and common areas as needed.
• Keep janitor’s closet clean and orderly.
• Sweep or dust mop hard floor surfaces.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
