Job summary

Virbac in Bridgeton, MO seeks a Microbiology Technician to perform in-house microbiological enumerations and routine tests per cGMP. The role maintains a clean QC lab, ensures calibration of equipment, and supports cross-functional investigations in a dynamic environment.

• Associates degree in Chemistry, Biology or other health-related field or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• 0-3 years experience operating in a Quality Control Lab.

Responsibilities

• Perform micro enumeration testing per compendia and in-house methods.
• Maintain the Microbiology Laboratory in a clean, compliant state.
• Ensure laboratory equipment is calibrated and maintained.
• Support investigations within Quality Control and cross-functional departments.
• Perform other related duties as specified by laboratory management.
