Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology or a related field with 1 year of Medical Technology training
• 1 year of laboratory training or experience performing high complexity testing
• ASCP certification or equivalent
• Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to operate general laboratory equipment

Responsibilities

• Perform moderate and high complexity testing as part of patient care
• Analyze, review, and report testing results
• Identify when corrective action is needed and implement solutions
• Work in a fast-paced laboratory with hazards
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control
