Job summary

NOW Health Group INC is seeking a Microbiology Lab Analyst in Bloomingdale, IL. The role involves performing routine microbiological analyses, data recording, and ensuring compliance with safety and GMP procedures.

You will operate a range of lab equipment, interpret results under supervision, and support QC by testing materials per priority. Strong attention to detail and basic chemistry/microbial background are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry or related field; zero to one year microbiology lab experience.
• Familiarity with general laboratory safety, procedures and instrumentation.
• Excellent computer skills (Word, Access, Excel) and knowledge of cGMP regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine microbiological analyses and interpret results under supervision.
• Test materials as assigned by QC management priority.
• Record, evaluate data and review documentation for completeness.
• Operate lab equipment (pH meters, incubators, Soleris, microscopes, etc.).
• Independently set up and test products as written.
• Comply with safety and GMP requirements.
