Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and solve problems.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment and aseptic techniques.
• Quality control knowledge, including adherence to SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and documentation standards.
• Ability to calibrate and perform routine maintenance of laboratory instruments.
• Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time management in a high‑throughput lab environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in regulated microbiology environments (FDA, EPA, ISO) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform microbiological testing and analysis on samples.
• Prepare samples and media for testing.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Record and interpret test results following QC protocols.
• Follow safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in instrument calibration and troubleshooting.
• Contribute to method development and continuous process improvements as needed.
