Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related clinical laboratory field.
• ASCP certification or equivalent within two years of hire.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in patient care or clinical laboratory setting.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise department operations and HR; resolve problems across departments.
• Oversee workflow, staffing, training, and associate records; support development.
• Maintain ongoing education and competencies; train new staff.
• Perform duties of associates as needed.
• Support safety, quality, and efficiency as an HRO.
