Qualifications

• Four years of microbiology experience in a high complexity testing lab or four years as a CLS with subspecialties in bacteriology and parasitology.
• California licensure as a Clinical Microbiologist or CLS is required.
• Board certification (ASCP) preferred.
• Supervisory/leadership experience with process improvement and collaboration with lab leadership.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; attention to detail and multi-tasking.
