Bausch + Lomb in the United States is hiring a microbiology technician to monitor product quality and support regulatory documentation. You will perform bench tests, analyze data, and help ensure compliance with ISO and GMP standards.

Responsibilities include training others, operating autoclaves, using a spectrophotometer, and preparing CFRs and SOP updates. A BS/MS with relevant lab experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• B.S. with 0-3 years of relevant experience or MS with 0-2 years.
• Experience in microbiological bench and sterility testing.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, GMPs and lab techniques.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication; team oriented.

Responsabilités

• Performs lab bench microbiological tests and data analysis per SOPs.
• Technical Lead responsible for training and supporting at all levels.
• Operate autoclaves and other lab equipment.
• Harvest and standardize microorganisms using a spectrophotometer.
• Write CFRs for FDA/ISO submissions and update SOPs.
• Review and approve testing data; support documentation changes.
• Maintain lab safety and compliant working environment.
