Bausch + Lomb in Greenville, SC is seeking a microbiology technician to execute environmental, water and bioburden testing, sterility verification and microbial identification in support of both production and quality control.

You will prepare culture media, maintain lab inventory, read plates and liquid media, document results and ensure compliance with GMP, ISO and safety procedures; third shift hours are 10:30pm–7:00am.

Qualifications

• BS in Biology, Microbiology or related life science.
• Experience in aseptic manufacturing operations and aseptic lab practices preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; basic cGMP and good documentation practices.

Responsabilités

• Execute microbiological testing for environmental, water, bioburden, sterility and materials.
• Prepare culture media and lab supplies; sterilize and maintain inventory.
• Read plates and liquid media; document results and ensure data accuracy.
• Support validation and production testing in a laminar flow hood.
• Schedule: third shift (10:30pm–7:00am) in Greenville, SC.
