Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a scientific discipline with 5–7 years of technical management experience.
• Master’s degree with 3–5 years or Doctorate in Microbiology with 1–3 years related experience.
• Minimum 2 years managerial experience if applicable.
• Knowledge of GMPs and biotechnology-derived product regulations.
• Ability to react to change productively and handle essential tasks.
• Strong orientation for Quality and Customer Service.
