University of Wisconsin–La Crosse seeks qualified individuals to join an instructor pool for Microbiology, providing undergraduate and/ or graduate instruction across face-to-face, hybrid, and online formats. Responsibilities include course delivery, currency maintenance in the subject area, and regular student feedback.

The position supports teaching needs across the department, with opportunities for student advising and service to the university.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a field appropriate to the department’s needs.
• Depending on the program, specific certification/licensure or clinical experience may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develops instructional design and curriculum relevant to a course of instruction.
• Serves as initial point of contact for students regarding course expectations.
• Facilitates classroom, online and/or laboratory instruction for one or more courses, including assessment of student performance.
