Qualifications

• Master's Degree is required for all faculty positions (with 18 graduate hours in the subject being taught for undergraduate teaching).
• Faculty must have requisite subject matter expertise and outstanding communication skills.
• Must be able to work in a collegial manner and facilitate the efforts of diverse groups.
• Official transcripts must be provided for all earned degrees from a regionally accredited institution (or a NACES evaluated equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Develops and provides students with an approved syllabus following campus templates and course objectives.
• Organizes and updates all course materials regularly.
• Uses online tools and course software to prepare and deliver content.
• Models clear oral and written communication to engage students.
• Sets course expectations, objectives, dates, and evaluation weights.
• Ensures exam content aligns with course objectives.
• Maintains consistent grading and timely feedback to students.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
