Pace Life Sciences in Oakdale, MN is seeking an Associate Scientist I in Microbiology for a full-time, onsite role. Schedule is Tue–Sat, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with 90-day training Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Compensation ranges $22.00–$24.00 per hour, based on location, experience, and internal equity.

The role involves basic microbiology analysis, data interpretation, and collaboration with teams to support quality testing and regulatory compliance in a laboratory setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology/Biology or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Fundamental principles and techniques in microbiology and related lab work.
• Ability to follow SOPs, document properly, and interpret results.
• Effective communication and teamwork in a regulated lab setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee analysis using standard microbiology testing procedures.
• Review, interpret, and document testing results and trends.
• Calibrate and maintain lab equipment and samples as required.
• Support cross-functional teams with testing data and reports.
• Assist with compliance, training, and quality assurance activities.
