Job summary

Pace Life Sciences seeks a Raw Materials Associate Chemist 1 for our Oakdale, MN site. You will perform fundamental chemistry/biochemistry analysis and support standard testing programs in a fast-paced analytical environment.

This full-time, onsite role offers hourly pay of $22.00-$24.00, with opportunities to grow within our GMP testing network and contribute to quality and compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry/biochemistry or closely related field.
• Experience with standard chemistry/biochemistry testing and SOPs.
• Strong ability to interpret data and ensure quality.
• Effective communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provides fundamental analysis in support of standard testing materials using analytical instrumentation and SOPs.
• Reviews, analyzes, interprets, and documents testing results.
• Oversees or reviews standard chemistry/biochemistry forms, documents, databases, and related materials.
• Provides guidance to staff and management on chemistry/biochemistry policies and practices.
• Supports addressing customer feedback and coordinating resources as required.
• Analyzes processes and presents results and recommendations to management.
• Ensures accuracy of tests, equipment, procedures and databases; resolves discrepancies.
• Participates in project objectives including budgets and timelines.
