MBC Talent Connections in Ankeny, IA is seeking a Micro Molding Process Technician to own the production of precision plastic parts that meet customer specs. You will fine-tune processes, troubleshoot at the machine, and help train the next generation of technicians while working 12-hour rotating shifts (days or nights).
