Role Description

The Process Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Ankeny, IA. This role is responsible for setting up, monitoring, and adjusting injection molding processes to ensure consistent product quality and optimal equipment performance. Day-to-day tasks include performing process startups and changeovers, troubleshooting equipment and mold issues, and conducting routine inspections to maintain production efficiency. The Process Technician collaborates with engineering and quality teams to document process parameters, implement improvements, and support root-cause analysis for production problems. Additional responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance tasks, training production staff on proper operating procedures, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area.
