Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Laboratory Analyst (Micro) for the Fort Lauderdale, FL site. The role involves preparing and analyzing environmental samples using EPA methods, with a focus on GMP/GLP compliance and safe, accurate data reporting.

You will perform routine tasks, operate/maintain instruments such as gas chromatography and ICP, weigh samples, and report results to the supervisor while adhering to EHS and QA standards. A BS/BA in chemistry or related field is required.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in chemistry or related field; 3 years laboratory experience may substitute for degree.
• Laboratory experience is a plus.
• Production‑oriented work helpful (ability to meet deadlines).
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze environmental samples using standard methods.
• Apply GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility.
• Record, report data and unusual test occurrences to supervisor.
• Perform routine instrument maintenance and weigh samples.
• Work under supervision using routine methods and ensure safe, efficient procedures.
